My building was the first on the site to achieve a practical completion certificate (as part of SCD1), after I successfully overcame a number of complex design and installation challenges. I achieved this by careful planning, resourcing, and day to day site coordination with each trade and by taking a lead role in carrying out daily site safety briefings and toolbox talks.
