The consistency of popular events increased co-op store sales and outreach program resources. The 2015 financial yearwas the most profitable for the co-op in the 44 year history largely due to successful outreach programs and partnerships. ● Implemented food justice programs that included SNAP education workshops, partnerships with Associated Students Food Bank and Food Bank of Santa Barbara County, nutrition booths at community food pantries, as well as resources on how to eat local foods on a budget. First year of outreach in 2013 store SNAP sales were $17,000 and when I left in 2015, sales had expanded to $98,000 annually. Provided customer service.
