With a focus on Integrated Health Sciences, I am a dedicated undergraduate student at Western Carolina University, anticipating graduation in December 2024. My academic pursuits have equipped me with a solid foundation in health management.Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Western Carolina University's Campus Recreation and Wellness, I lead exercise classes, including cycle, Aquafit, Catamount Fit, and yoga, fostering a healthy lifestyle among peers.
