Intensive Care Unit technician/ health unit coordinator. Daily work included: placing orders, paperwork management, answering and directing phone calls, and telemetry processing. Managed up to five therapists daily schedules, answered up to 40 incoming calls and made up to 30 calls per day. Performed insurance calls to obtain benefit information necessary for billing and coding. Submitted necessary paperwork to insurance companies for prior authorization and benefit payment.

Tasks include: ordering product based on sales, tracking consumer purchases and changing production output accordingly. In charge of creating food displays and creating daily specials.
