I believe in being a strong team member who will work as long as it takes to get the job done. I will always stay late to help someone else out. I like to make sure everything is done to my best ability. I am detail oriented, careful, and methodical in the way I work. While being efficient to get things done, I never compromise quality (would rather stay late to do something correctly than to take a shortcut to get it done). I also strive to create strong relationships with team members and clients, whether it is helping them with something, working on a project, or sharing ideas. One of the things I value most in a role is having clients specifically ask for me to assist them or having colleagues come to me for help, there is a great deal of trust built in a relationship like that.I also value continuing to learn (such as a new product or new use of technology for example) and push myself in new directions. Taking on new projects enables me to learn new things and gain experience on new levels.
