As a clinical project management professional, I bring to the table expertise in research and clinical study design and management. From my graduate work, I have published research findings in the Journal of Cognition and Development and presented at industry conferences, as well as co-chairing a symposium. My achievements illustrate my ability to lead and conduct key research and translate findings into well-written reports and high-level presentations:CLINICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT★I am responsible for leading and overseeing global, full-service clinical studies for national and international clients in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.★I am skilled at client communication and management, and strive to foster positive and collaborative relationships.RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGEMENT★As a Project Manager at the VA Boston Healthcare System, I worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Institutes of Health to build the All of Us Research Program.★I created and implemented regulatory processes and standard operating procedures for both the Coordinating Center and Investigational Sites. RESEARCH & ANALYSIS★Investigating infants’ social abilities and cognitions, I designed 8 studies and led/co-led multiple concurrent projects. My experience includes gaining IRB approval for study protocols, reviewing prior research/literature and coding, cleaning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, as well as publishing and presenting findings. I have a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology, with a concentration in Quantitative Statistics, from UMass.
