I worked with TN Oncology for 2.5 years as a Lab technician. I have worked in a hospital laboratory for 2 years as a generalist. Currently working at LabConnect in Laboratory Information Systems as a LIS Application Analyst II setting up the database for clinical trials. I setup, build panels and assays per the Sponsor request. Setup custom alerts, critical values, special flagging per Sponsor. Validate the testing with our partner labs. I communicate with global partner labs to get test data into our system to make sure the database build is setup correctly. This test data can be sent and validated by either imports or via interface. I currently have experience working in Mirth. Experience working with interfaces and troubleshooting errors and problems.I have experience with high complexity studies with expedited timelines being met.
