Responsible for fleet safety, DOT and FMCSA compliance; accident investigation. emergency response, risk management, and loss mitigation on all lines of coverage including: Workers Compensation, Property, General Liability and Fleet Insurance; ISNetworld Account Manager, DER (Designated Employer Representative) for DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing, and overseeing Recruiting.

Responsible for the management of sales and relationships with customers. Maintaining the company's existing relationships with clients and drivers to ensure continued business. Recruit, train and assess drivers and their qualifications. Coordinate with drivers, staff and management to hold meetings and resolve issues. Manage records of personnel, expenditures and driving regulations. Maintaining the fleet, not limited to hiring and firing. Also responsible for the weekly driver payroll of twenty-five drivers.

Cultivating constant improvement, identifying and implementing projects in order to increase business-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency. Providing sound leadership that ensures the delivery of the business' operational standards in recruitment activities. Additionally, approving recommendations for streamlining the recruiting process from other recruiters and oversees the screening processes for evaluating potential candidates conducted by the junior recruiting teams. Lastly, overseeing the compliance of all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process.
