Assist Help Desk Agents remotely with successfully resolving users' issues called into the Help Desk. Provide remote training to Help Desk Agents, create learning videos(Captivate, PowerPoint and OBS). Create instructional design, curriculum development, and lesson plans. Train on Resolving Network issues using SDE( to track and manage incidents, view incident activity in realtime and created work orders), BOS-HIM, BIDs Reporting, Clinical Applications, ImageNow, Kronos, Office automation, Optum, SF Provider Accounting, PACS, Syngo, Scribe Request and PAHL KnowledgeBase.
