Some of my favorite classes include: brand management, marketing strategy, strategic sales, digital marketing, data driven decision making and big data analytics. In this role I monitored industry trends to make sure I was up to date and educated on all the new studies that were done within the dental field. I managed the time of two dentists and two dental hygienists who each had two patients at any given time as well as facilitating an efficient schedule for four other assistants in office as well. I increased efficiency by delegating tasks and taking the initiative and jumping in where I was needed most. I checked to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems, and I kept record not only of patients treatment but on their interest and hobbies so that I would be better prepared to serve them in the future in a way that addressed their individual needs. I continued to work on the marketing campaign for this business in an assistant role.

In this role I analyzed data to determine the best course of action for my fellow co-workers and the consumers that needed my help in determining the best course of action. I took on the the role of social media manager and chief marketing manager for the business. I created a marketing campaign that addressed the best social media venues to get in contact with the target demographic audience. I discussed options that came with varying marketing budgets and the projected returns on such investments. I was not only a highly organized and efficient dental assistant but I was a marketing manager for a business that I increased social media engagement by 75% over the course of a year as well.
