All of us have a story. However, most of us don't know how to read it. My passion is helping people learn to read their own stories, making sense and meaning of difficult relationships, situations, and experiences. I see clients working through relational trauma, marriage infidelity, teenagers and young adults transitioning to college or life after high school, and trauma survivors. In addition, my husband, Eric Bausch, LPC-MHSP, and I see couples together, providing a unique perspective to couples therapy. I view the therapeutic process through a person-centered, attachment lens, utilizing interventions such as IFS, Gestalt, Mindfulness, and EMDR.
