As the third employee of their real estate entity, I was one of only a few given the exclusive responsibility of making all of these ambitious projects a reality.Founding member and major contributor that oversaw a $250M mixed-use commercial real estate development adjacent to Wrigley Field, the historic landmark stadium of the Chicago Cubs Baseball Club. Managed the development (from steel beams to designed spaces) of a 30,000 sq. ft. open-air plaza, two (2) seven-story mixed-use retail towers that are inclusive of Marriott Tribute Hotel Zachary, ten (10) restaurants and retail outlets, and four-story office space that houses the Chicago Cubs Front Office Gallagher Way, Hotel Zachary & Hickory Street Capital-owned restaurants as a best-in-class event destination.Responsible for developing and orchestrating year-round programming that activates the Gallagher Way campus on non-gamedays. This programming brings together over 450,000 families per year with curated family-focused programming that engages and promotes community goodwill and connectivity.
