My focus each and every day is to provide world class service for our customers at the Women's Active & Swim department at Nordstrom Pacific Centre. As a member of our leadership team, I coach and mentor our team to elevate the retail experience in Vancouver. I love being able to rock stylish active wear, lead from the heart and be authentically me.

Safety at lululemon is unlike safety at any other company. As a people safety specialist, I am invested in the general well-being of every store employee and strive to create the safest workplace in retail. Our safety program is rooted in love and compassion and sprinkled with our unique lululemon culture.• collaborate with lululemon’s international safety consultant to create a country specific people safety roadmap for new and existing international markets• created a unique bi-lingual training program for our Quebec stores• created a long-term tracking system for our people safety orientation checklist for new hires. I joined lululemon in 2009 as an Educator at the Coquitlam store. After 5 years (and 5 roles), I've got serious #joblove sharing my passion for safety with our stores and at the store support centre.As an Educator I was responsible for ensuring top guest experience and creating a memorable environment. Beyond my daily duties I led our store's people safety program, facilitated group interviews and supported regional training. During my contract as a junior retail trainer, I supported on the new retail training program and supporting content come to life. I collected community-related content from cross-functional partners and focused on writing training manuals for the Educator, Keyleader, Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager roles. I developed strong cross-functional relationships and honed in on my skills in flow of content and conceptualizing the vision of our partners.My passion lies in making training materials come to life and adding personality! While working at Cafe Grande Geuele I quickly improved my French speaking abilities (and not to mention, developed a Quebecois accent). As a bartender at a quaint resto-bar, I managed inventory levels and supported in creative marketing. As the lead day bartender, I often served as the first point of contact for new guests staying at the hostel. I managed the high-volume and high-stress environment through effective prioritization and multi-tasking. I utilized my language skills to be related to guests as many did not speak English.
