• General Facilities - Respond to a variety of facilities-related inquiries by Staff and Vendors, requests including but not limited to:
• Coordinate internal moves including workstation setup, reconfiguration, clean-up and electrical requirements
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure facility is clean, well maintained and organized
• Work directly with vendors for maintenance of the building and property management team to resolve building maintenance issues.
• Ensure Facilities documentation is kept updated as changes occur and uploaded to the employee intranet page for North American Facilities site.
• Provide Safety Orientations / building tours to new employee’s
