• Attend weekly conference calls with high-risk suppliers• Directly communicate shipment expectations with both buyers and suppliers• Track critical shipments on a daily basis to contribute to Year End Supply Chain goals.• Report and work directly with XPO Supervisor, GM Supplier Manager and GM Manager• Work closely with all teams for all critical part issues• Attend all XPO required trainings, meetings and functions to obtain lean process

• Answering inquiries from customers• Entering, updating and/or tracking of orders and shipments• Investigation and resolution of issues• Coordination of pickups/deliveries• Choose low-cost mode and carrier following customer-specific routing instructions and/or routing guides• Identify complex move opportunities such as truckload multi-stops and pooling moves• Acting as a liaison between Transportation Operations, carriers and customers• Maintain daily report and track progress in Excel using variety of Excel Formulas• Maintain and improve documentation on the track and trace training process

• Aid in the direction and leadership of an assigned Yankee Candle premier retail store• Opens and closes the store on a regular basis• Cultural enthusiasm ambassador • Drive sales & profitability• Provide exemplary guest service, ensures visual merchandising/presentation and operational standards• Assists with the training and coaching of store management teams and Sales Associates• Works to help the store achieve divisional and store sales and profitability goals• Processes guest transactions and operates POS system with speed and accuracy• Restocks shelves with product as needed

• Support Salon Manager to achieve financial and operation objectives• Assist customers with setting up appointments and general inquires both in person and over the phone• Maintain customer satisfaction while answering multiline telephone system• Cashier Duties including setting up nightly deposits• Organize and coordinate appointments • Inventory tracking• Salon front cleanliness and layout• Educate Customers on retail product benefits and the value of each hair service• Drives conversion and sales by turning retail customers into clients• Provide great customer service; cooperate and build positive, inclusive and respectful relationships; take accountability for actions and outcomes• Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience; show the confidence and courage to do what’s right; take action with energy and urgency
