I am interested in aiding organizations, employers, and employees through HR practices, including but not limited to recruitment, training, onboarding, and administering benefits. My top strengths are responsibility, discipline, and harmony, all of which I incorporate in my work on a daily basis. I am an Onboarding Specialist at NC State University, advocating for faculty, staff, students, and visitors, to ensure everyone has a positive experience and lasting impression of NC State.
