Researched Shigella flexneri in Dr. Christina Faherty's lab and completed a thesis on my work.

Served as the 2019-2020 President of the Boston College Timmy Global Health chapter. Selected an executive board of 14 students and oversaw their respective committees. Organized and held monthly general member meetings that focused on global health. Throughout the school year, alongside with the fundraising committee, held fundraising events in support of our partner clinic, 32 Volcanoes, in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Worked alongside members of Timmy Global Health's headquarters in Indianapolis during the school year as well.

Selected by the 2018-2019 Boston College Timmy Global Health President, along with 2 other students, to lead a medical service trip to Guatemala in August 2019. Interviewed and selected 15 students from Boston College during the spring semester to attend the trip. In the months leading up to the trip, held meetings with the members and other leaders, organized flight itineraries, and collected forms, passports, and other health information from each member. Ordered supplies that needed to be brought to Guatemala and organized a day where students in the Boston area could meet and pack supply bags along with Boston College Health Services staff attending the trip as well. Worked alongside members of Timmy Global Health headquarters to plan the logistics of the trip. Was responsible for assigning roles to each member during our clinic days, as well as serving as a resource for the members for the duration of the trip.

In August 2018 and 2019, volunteered on a medical service trip through Boston College Timmy Global Health to Guatemala. Timmy Global Health works with a partner clinic, 32 Volcanoes, in Guatemala year-round and has student volunteers from different university chapters run clinics every 2-3 months. Was able to work alongside medical professionals during a week-long clinic in various communities in Guatemala. Had the opportunity to scribe for medical professionals during patient consultations, take patient health history in Spanish and work with a translator that spoke an indigenous language who would translate that language to Spanish, work in the pharmacy filling prescriptions and writing labels in Spanish, take patient vitals, and work with the patients in the waiting area, calling their names when it was their turn to be seen.

Led a sub-committee of Boston College's Relay For Life chapter. Organized logistics and hired entertainment for the fundraising event at Boston College for the American Cancer Society.

Student representative at Boston College's Admitted Student Days in January and April of each year. Guided students and families around campus and answered their questions.

Teaching assistant for Human Anatomy in Boston College's Department of Biology. Attended human anatomy lab for 4 hours each week. Graded lab assignments and quizzes, assisted students with dissections, answered other course questions, and held review sessions before course exams and lab practicals.
