Ability to apply knowledge of business statistics with using programs: Share Point, Ticket Help Desk, Outlook, COGNOS, Azure Cloud, Informatica Cloud AME-DSS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other credentials needed in this role include presentations and public speaking.
