Acting as liason between international military units and 5 Wing Goose Bay RCAF to organize handling and fuelling of all airborne military missions.Communicating with aircraft and VFR controllers via VHF radio and dispatching fuel trucks, ground handlers, border control, and other services to aircraft. Organizing and arranging ground handling services, booking hotels, transportation, catering, and other services for incoming aircraft, from single-pilot ultralights to larger airbuses.Handling large-scale diversions. Daily administrative and receptionist duties including invoicing, billing, and balancing accounts.

Provide exceptional customer service to individuals and companies shipping cargo. Create, organize, and file waybills, take payments, sort and ship mail on behalf of Canada Post.Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as Transport Canada regulations.

Enforce Transport Canada regulations as well as company safety protocol to ensure the safe passage of both passengers and cargo. Provide in-flight hospitality to customers and flight crew.Maintain a high standard of professionalism when representing the company in uniform.

Maintain recurrent training standard so as to be deployment-ready at any time.Maintain high standard of professionalism and discipline when representing the country in uniform. Complete trade-specific duties as assigned.
