o Work 1:1 with children and young adults with autism by applying and implementing behavior analytical techniques that increase communication, self-help, and social and play skills under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analysto Utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent modification to increase appropriate behaviors over timeo Use the appropriate/prescribed ratio of reinforcement for each cliento Assist in the development and maintenance of instructional materialso Maintain accurate records of client performance/progress via data collection and/or clinical notes through an online and paper data collection systemo Manage any inappropriate behaviors that occuro Keep clients motivated to learn through preference assessmentso Communicate confidentially and professionally with behavior analysts, teachers, parents, and principalso Respond appropriately to feedback and/or correctiono Report concerns directly and promptly to your supervising BCBAo Toilet training and diaper changing may be required
