• Champion ultrasound operations that drastically improved overall patient experience at our culturally diverse outreach clinic, One World Community Health Centers, which pays special attention to the underserved.• Manage clinic scheduling, making adjustments to optimize clinic operations and costs, while ensuring proper patient care.• Develop and implement systems and protocols to streamline daily operations and focus activities back to the mission of creating healthier communities, all through patient-centered continuity of care.• Train, orient, and mentor all newly hired sonographers.• Teach countless ultrasound and medical students on a daily basis, while developing 24 resident doctors in total. • Expose and monitor high-risk and general medical conditions for both OB/GYN and General Radiology patients on a daily basis.• Identify opportunities and provide solutions for organizational effectiveness and greater quality patient care.• Routinely conduct, scan, and/or assist with amniocentesis, amnio reductions, CVS, fetal blood transfusions, biopsies, paracentesis, thoracentesis, multiple gestations, infertility exams (both baseline and follicular studies), fetal echoes, MCA Doppler studies, umbilical artery studies, PR interval studies, and OR procedures. • Maintain proficiency with multiple different types of ultrasound equipment including Philips IU22 and HD11, Sequoia, GE Voluson (6, 730, E8, E10, i), Siemens S2000, and Antares.
