Worked on a project with Michelin to revamp the way they allocated carriers to a shipment. This done by creating reports with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Reports were used for the team to be able to have a visual representation of the data and to determine the allocation of future shipments.- We worked on a team to create reports across multiple sets of data at the click of a button. - Understanding the clients needs and determining a way to solve their issues.- Provide best practices when creating code in VBA.- Providing reports that will run in a timely manner.- Developed and tested the code to make sure the reports were what the client was expecting.- Presented the tool to the management team and provided a user manual for maintenance efforts.

Completed a summer internship where i created a more efficient way to putaway eaches from the loading dock. This involved researching the current process and determining gaps for improvement in travel time, the number of touches on the project as well as the putaway time for the worker.

Worked as a Welcome Center Assistant where I sold memberships to patrons and handled any of their questions, concerns and complaints. I also worked as an Operations Assistant where I made sure the equipment was in place, functioning and that there were plenty of towels for the patrons.

Completed an internship with PGG where I worked on a variety of projects to improve the overall workplace. This involved a 5S implementation, reducing bottlenecks on a conveyor, reducing the rounding errors within specs for the performance of the product.
