• Maintain client records according to HIPAA and federal regulations.• Track required documentation, ensuring accurate completion according to established programmatic, county, and state guidelines.• Conduct QA review of all documentation to ensure timely completion.• Report current chart status using the most effective spreadsheets to communicate with the team about required documentation.• Create document checklist for supervisors to facilitate monthly review.• Responsible for all Mental Health billing using Billing Information System.• Prepare discharge charts after completing technical and clinical audits.• Prepare for county and state audits.• Answer department phones, maintain purchase orders, and process mail.• Maintain and update agency documents, manuals, and department files.• Maintain staff calendar and book appointments.• Coordinate projects and special events as instructed by the Director.
