    I supported the Naval Postgraduate School’s (NPS) Graduate Education Advancement Center (GEAC) formerly known as the Center for Educational Design, Development and Distribution (CED3) performing all operations management for the NPS satellite office. My responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operation of the office, technical support, reproducing and distributing course materials, arrange travel and the shipping of course materials ensuring a smooth and professional execution of all San Diego satellite office requirements. I provided assistance to faculty and staff for special academic projects and administer the travel budget covering travel request and travel claims for reimbursable funds using the Defense Travel System (DTS). I operated the education delivery systems such as Video Tel-Education (VTE) and web based virtual classrooms performs routine trouble shooting of four VTE systems, taking corrective action for casualties when necessary. I also established and maintain control of incoming and outgoing correspondence as well as create a quarterly newsletter to drive enrollment for our programs.In addition to supporting the DL program. I also support the Director of Regional Security Education Program by creating mission essential folders for ship leadership including information of country specific briefs, biographies of traveling professors, and program marketing materials. As well I assisted in logistical support of arranging lodging reservations, and travel reservations when needed.Also during my time with Zenetex/MKS2, I worked with the Business Development team in reviewing, writing and performing on color teams RFP responses for proposals. As well I began learning contract management within Zenetex and became efficient working with a team as well managing 5 employees.

I worked with senior management in collecting data to maintain the quarterly updates for the department's catalogue and made all final editing prior to publishing. I have superior typing skills and competence with using common office systems and software such as office fax machines, copiers, phone systems, word processing, database management, and other applications. I edited documents prior to lead management's distribution as well proof read chapters in preparation for publication. I maintained a paper and electronic filing system for records, correspondence, and material.
