Responsibilities: Prepare commercial documentation with experience in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland loan package/ collateral to contribute to a perfect client experience for external and internal clients reflecting the value of the relationship. Generate unsecured, non-real estate and real estate loan documentation for processing. Maintain efficient communication with all parties involved in the loan process to come to the end result of a high-quality closing for the client. Mentor general documentation training for employees learning the loan documentation role. Assist with team discussions by continually evaluating, recommending or implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities: Home Equity and Home Equity Line of Credit Loan Processing. Review of Property Searches, Flood Certifications, Appraisals, Credit Reports and Income documentation. Preparation of documents including; Note, Mortgage, Rescission, Insurance, Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. Maintain efficient communication with the members to come to the end result of a high-quality closing that exceeds the member’s expectation.
