Line workers need to be able to communicate with the cooks, keep trays full and have a clean environment. Attending workers refill napkins, replace needed items through-out their shift, restock/refill cereal. Beverage workers change soda boxes, juices, milks and coffee when needed through the shift, and stock up used containers. Dish workers have to keep in contact with supervisor to make sure everything is clean, washing and scrubbing plates, silverware, all cooking utensils, washing the inside of the washing machine. All positions have strong customer service.
