CRM Configuration Consultant who is certified in Dynamics CRM 2011, CRM 2013, CRM 2015 and D365. Works with clients in the United States and Canada to implement and support CRM. I am involved in all project phases from the initial data gathering, design and build, final roll-out and ongoing support. I was the lead administrator and support resource for Microsoft Dynamics. Setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics. I was responsible for providing overall technical administration for all users including creating new users, creating and designing new entities, creating, testing and troubleshooting workflows, writing duplication detection rules, designing custom reports, custom views, creating and maintaining security roles, maintaining database integrity, and installing Microsoft rollups, hot-fixes and patches.I also conducted requirements analysis sessions, documented requirements in functional specification document, provided companywide hands-on training, created departmental user guides and documented processes.
