With experience in working for some of the largest ICT companies in South Africa, I have a successful track record in the management of multiple client accounts and have a commitment to providing an exceptional client journey from start to finish. By developing bespoke and tailored technology packages, I have been able to ensure the consistent achievement of clients’ specifications and expectations, thus developing a reputation as someone who can deliver and therefore build trust with clients.With a permanent move to the UK in 2016, I took up the challenge to become the Relationship Executive for Richfords Fire and Flood. The role carries a variety of functions predominantly aimed at maintaining and growing relationships with Insurers and Loss Adjusting firms. Through a consultative process of getting feedback from our clients and striving to take problems off their desks, I have implemented a change management program within Richfords which sees me crossing over and working closely with the operations and production teams to implement more efficient and profitable ways of meeting our client’s needs. I am able to ensure the consistent delivery of multiple / complex projects through the application of exceptional organisation, strategic planning and time management skills; subsequently delivering against challenging time frames, budgets and to a high professional standard.My experience to date also encompasses the effective management and leadership of multi disciplinary teams, ensuring individuals are motivated to achieve their own potential and to make a significant contribution to the full delivery of common and cohesive goals. I also effectively manage change to deliver improved efficiency and reduction in costs, getting all staff on board and building long lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
