Cellular Technician And Sales Associate
CurrentI am a service and repair technician. On a daily basis I troubleshoot hardware and software issues. I repair and replace all components of the phone, to include soldering. I educate the consumer on how to effectively use and manage processes on the phone, and the phone itself. I also manage all over the phone technical support for my location. I began with Wireless Lifestyle as a Sales Associate and did commission based sales for cellular, accessories, tablets, NetBook's, aircards, home phone service, and business accounts.
