• Manage client accounts and opportunities. • Review project proposals and define scope of projects.• Primary contact for customer during active projects. • Delegate tasks to assigned support team to ensure adherence to original project scope and timeline.• Direct and coordinate activity of project personnel.• Review Quotes, details and where possible elevations for accuracy.• Perform regular follow up on job order progress and issues. • Conduct regular and proactive communications with all departments. • Lead team including Project Coordinator, Planners, and Detailers.

- Maintain all project details from beginning design phase throughout production process and into final installation of interior décor. - Work with client to achieve company brand through creative design. - Ensure design intent by way of conceptual renderings, site specs and engineering. - Orchestrate production build schedule, shipping schedule and install start dates to meet client specific deadlines.
