After working in for MARS I am now looking forward to my next venture.My final role at MARS was the Training Coordinator/Manager. My most proud achievement was the implementation of Online learning and assessment to demonstrate compliance to the relevant health, safety, and food safety requirements.Prior to this I worked as a Quality Technician responsible for managing and improving the Quality and Food Safety Systems including ISO calibrations, customer referrals, held product investigations and internal auditingI have experience as a Planning Engineer responsible for the planning and improving maintenance activities in a FMCG Canning factory.I have project managed the design and installation of an Air Compressor / Drying SystemI have lead a team to transform the Engineering Stores function to enable a reduction in manpower and to improve its effectiveness.I have been responsible for improvements in Energy Efficiency and have successfully implemented many low cost / medium cost energy saving initiatives and campaigns.I am a time served Mechanical Engineer and I have carried out many roles in this field including Boiler and Services maintenance, packaging equipment maintenance, installations and the planning role.
