I maintained a double role of Customer Success Manager and Staff Accountant. I worked with 30 - 50 clients with a main focus on keeping customers happy and maintaining our 98% gross renewal rate. I was also responsible for drawing up contracts and processing them through the finance system. I managed the renewals for all of our customers and was responsible for issuing invoices and collecting on those invoices. I did monthly reports for the Senior Executive team and was key person in preparing documentation required for the acquisition by Upland Software.

As the Office Manager I had a variety of responsibilities. I was responsible for managing the facilities as well as financial duties. In this role I would process bills and payments as well as create and collect on invoices. I also managed all contracts that were received and reviewed them to make sure that they were tracked properly so that we would process renewals properly. I was also responsible for employee payroll and the benefits program and the benefit administrator.
