As the Director of Sales and Marketing, I developed and executed comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. I implemented automated sales plans to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. My role involved attending and representing the company at various networking events to build relationships and expand business opportunities. Additionally, I assisted with brand strategy, including the successful launch of a new website and brand identity. I managed all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content, and oversaw paid advertising campaigns on Meta, optimizing ad spend to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.

I got hired as an ad specialist managing media spend and realized they had been running the same ads for the last two years so I took it upon myself to create new ads for them. I was then was given the role as "script writer". Though my title never changed, I wrote, directed and organized 11 ads to be made in 3 months for the company. Most of which, I am the "talent" - So sorry in advance if I have tried to sell you solar panels via social media ads. In addition I managed paid media for Google and also managed all social media channels.

By way of Google and my personal mantra of "When in doubt, figure it out." I have single-handedly created a natural food company that was sold in top-notch grocery stores throughout the us and direct to consumer. I sold the business to Joe Coote, CEO of Darigold in 2021.

First employee of the company. Creating leaders and managers, assisting and coaching teams in running their stores to the highest level of excellence, HR for 50+ employees, hiring and firing employees, quality and culture maintenance, creating documents for corporate wide store operations, training manuals, health code, and employee violations. Oregon Food Handlers Certified.

Distributing and collecting school and mountain waivers for 80+ students, teachers and volunteers, coordinating clothing donations and distributing to students, ‘Ride day’ operations: assisting teachers and volunteers with students rental gear and injuries, conducting “Circle of Love” on each ride day, Conducting Graduation ceremony at the end of each session.
