Responsible for operating and troubleshooting machinery used in the production of eco-stick sweetenerpackets. The first line of quality assurance as the product came off the machine before being placed onthe production line. Personally oversaw the daily setup and start-up of assigned production area includingbut not limited to production paperwork, data entry, pulling pallets of materials needed to reach production goals forthe shift, printing labels for products, shut down, and cleaning up at the end of the shift. Assumed leadrole and duties as assigned when the regular lead was not on shift. Fixed machinery malfunctions andor errors as they occurred throughout the shift as efficiently as possible to maintain production qualityand speed. Once a week took apart the entire machine for routine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance. Team player that also regularly helped the stack off team at the end of production the line when they were backed up in their area. Trained new employees.

Scheduling clients for group therapy sessions, individual counseling, doctor's appointments, and urine collection for testing.
