Current• Evaluating EV chargers from different vendors based on power demand and load management solutions, contributing to carbon emission reduction initiatives. • Optimizing Preventative Maintenance Schedule for Ship-to-Shore cranes following technical drawings and OEM manuals, enhancing clarity for both mechanical and electrical teams. • Updating new crane procurement project schedules and risk registry by identifying schedule variances, monitoring progress, and liaising with design staff, contractors and client managers.• Upgraded the wind monitoring system by implementing anemometers on top of the cranes, integrated with stack analysis to predict inevitable strong winds, avoided 5% losses per month on average.• Designed investigation protocols for service and emergency brakes for Ship-to-Shore cranes, resulting in improved troubleshooting and upgrades.
