• Led staff of 6 employees (2 Full-Time, 4 Part-Time) and collaborated with Economic Development counterparts within department• County liaison and contributor to the Chesapeake Scenic Byway All American Road Application and designation• Maryland Heritage Trust Grant Writer and Awardee (2019) for the complete enhancement and renovation for the Chesapeake Heritage & Visitors Center ; collaborated with Ion Design, LLC to develop the conceptual plan • Oversaw the content management , visual and digital assets for the launching of brand new county website with D3Corp • Oversaw the production of cross platform media purchases and development of the following products: video, digital campaigns, radio spots, email marketing, newsletter development (constantcontact and mail chimp) brochures, rack cards, profile sheets, and custom itinerary building • Monitored web and campaign analytics, tourism travel and research trends, Tourism Promotion Act of 2008 regional tax code data and local accommodation tax revenues• Increased organizations lead generation, digital footprint, and media relations• Established healthy relationships with stakeholders, with supplier base of approx. 50+ industry relatedbusinesses resulting in increased brand awareness, product visibility and sales•Managed marketing budget including a Maryland Office of Tourism Cooperative Grant Program• Local destination liaison with other local and statewide industry partners from both the public and private sectors including but not limited to: Maryland Office of Tourism, Capital Region USA, Maryland Destination Marketing Organization, Maryland Tourism Coalition, Stories of the Chesapeake Heritage Area, Historic Stevensville Arts & Entertainment District, Tourism Art & Downtown Development and Mid - Atlantic Tourism Public Relation Alliance
