Global Site Experience (M.A.C Cosmetics)
CurrentSpearheading end-to-end project management for Virtual Try On (VTO) tool to optimize user experience in 38 global markets, overseeing matching process. Demonstrating deep understanding of site features/functionality and actively updating and flagging site bugs using Jira on a CMS platform to enhance UX. Proactively manage budget information, ensuring timely invoice coordination with global rollout initiatives and securing budget codes for digital products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to project manage roll-out initiatives for VTO, In-store iPads, Budget, UX, CMS and Modernization projects. Applying a data-driven approach to problem solve by leveraging Google Analytics and FullStory to propose recommendations and identify opportunities. Assist with updating PLP and PDPs, managing SKU uploads, to ensure optimized site experience. Partners with the creative team to deliver/handoff assets — ensuring that it meets brand standards prior to uploading on brand.com and retailer.com.
