The role is based in Ultima’s Reading TSC (Technical Support Centre) and is split between the day-to-day coordination of technical resource requests, whilst supporting the Service Delivery Managers with key administrative and reporting tasks. Ultima offers 24 x 7 Global Managed Services via its TSC, these services are constantly changing and hence responsibilities within this role are likely to change. The objective of this role is for the person to become familiar with the support environment and take on additional administrative and coordination tasks over time. This process will be gradual and will require the individual to be proactive in seeking additional responsibilities once they become familiar with the role. The role includes the following key responsibilities: • Creation of service reports and general customer service duties • Creation and administration of Telephone Support and Managed Service contracts • Administration and coordination of technical resource requests • Assistance with ISO audits and associated administration • General administrative and reporting duties
