• Oversee Imaging Department at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, a 550 bed Level 1 tertiary care center in Norfolk, Virginia • Contractually partner with 40 radiologists and midlevels and 16 residents to perform approximately 175,000 annual exams for inpatient, outpatient and ED patients including MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultra Sound, Diagnostic Xray, Diagnostic Flouro, Interventional, and Neuro Interventional services. • On target to achieve imaging services net revenue of $240 million by year end 2014, representing a 32% improvement over YTD 2011 through heightened cost containment efforts and 4% growth in outpatient advanced imaging volumes. • Direct over site for the system radiology safety program which includes two physicists including the Radiation Safety Officer supporting all ACR accreditation services for the system. • Chair System Imaging Operations Committee with the goal of improving safety, promoting regional growth, and reducing costs through the collaboration and appropriate standardization of services between 18 Sentara Imaging Centers. • Oversee a staff of 150 sleep, radiology, and clinical neurophysiologist technologists, associates and registered nurses with 6 direct reports. • Oversee Sleep and Clinical Neuro Services product lines with direct line responsibility for 8 lab locations, supporting 4 hospital markets, generating combined annualized 2014 net revenue of $14.4 million. • Procured over $10 million of maintenance and strategic capital funds to support technology enhancement, growth, and standardization initiatives in EEG, Sleep, Epilepsy, Neurosurgical Operating, and Imaging Services.

• Coordinated the development of the Sentara eCare Health Network electronic health record (EHR) contract including the delivery of software, training, and implementation services. • Managed physician advisor contracts to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory agencies. • Developed practice management partnership strategies enabling interfaced billing solutions to potential physician partners.
