A thriving plastic surgery center in the Detroit area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to add to our growing team. What You’ll Do:• Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, and other non-invasive treatments following the prescribed guidelines• Facilitate continued growth of the medical spa / non-invasive portion of the practice through high client satisfaction, retention, community outreach, and marketing efforts• Properly maintain treatment records and photographs• Manage inventory• Collaborate closely with other team members and the medical director in order to carry out treatment plans and achieve results• Have a good working knowledge of all aesthetic procedures offered within the practice in order to cross promote such services when appropriate• Conduct sales of products and services• Attend all pertinent training held by the practice or vendors• Actively promote the facilities - treatments, retail, and available promotions• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment• Assist in all areas of practice operation as requested by managementWhat You’ll Have:• 3+ years of Medical Spa, Cosmetic Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery industry experience is preferred • Experience in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (i.e. Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane)• An entrepreneurial mindset with proven sales experience• A strong personal presence, product knowledge, the ability to educate and recommend the proper treatments for each individual patient, and the ability to carry out the treatment plan • Meticulous attention to detail• Good time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures• Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude• A successful track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations• Up-to-date state licensure: NP• BLS and ACLS CertificationWhat We Offer:• Competitive, flexible compensation plan • Service & Product discounts
