I am responsible for fully supporting the Directors of Nursing at AdventHealth Winter Park. This includes being responsible for complete management of the executive's calendars, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating all arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel. Prepares routine and non-routine reports and presentations, including gatheringand summarizing data. Establishes and maintains highly confidential files and records. Composes letters and correspondence. Answersphones, delivers outstanding customer service, and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.May provide project management, assistance with budget planning and tracking, statistical reporting, or other data tasks.
