I provide 1:1 health and well-being coaching with an integrative approach to empower and support clients in their journey to prioritize their mental and physical health. In 2024, I have rebranded Vitality Fit to collaborate closely with the clients medical team to be able to further educate and provide accountability along the path to sustainable behavior change to prevent progression of disease.

Emergency Department

In this department, I use the best of my assessment skills to treat and notify the MD of acute illness and injury. I provide daily IV therapy and medication administration, ongoing assessment and monitoring of patient condition, stabilizing and splinting of injury, assessment of post op complications, assist with laceration repair and ongoing communication with care team (MD, respiratory, clinical supervisor, ER techs and future possible care teams if transfer or transport is necessary).

Convenient Care

In this clinic we treated acute illness and injury. I did a variety of point of care testing, oral and intramuscular medication administration, bracing and splinting of injuries as well as venipuncture and IV therapy.

Family Medicine

I worked for multiple providers. My position in this clinic was to room patients, take a detailed history and make the primary assessment of the patient reason for appointment, assist in procedures, venipuncture and IV therapy, patient education and follow up calls with lab or imaging results.
