Current› Excel at overall operation, management, and accountability to the board of directors for a non-profit organization with the mission to improve the health of the community by assuring local access to a coordinated system of health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment services. › Support LVCHO mission and policies as well as performance improvement activities.› Develop and manage the annual budget.› Supervise all support personnel and oversee contracted consultants. › Oversee Board strategies to coordinate community health-related programs.› Sustain effective relationships with superiors, colleagues, and affiliated agencies.› Serve as the primary point of contact for LVCHO.› Coordinate committee meetings and Board meetings.› Inform Board about current trends, problems and issues in the community to facilitate policy making.› Coordinate the long-range strategic planning, financial development, management of the LVCHO.
