I thrive on leading projects and initiatives that foster high performance. While my approaches are grounded in data, I bring them to life through skilled communication. I’m able to easily boil down complex information and communicate it to audiences with different learning styles. I drive progress by getting stakeholders on the same page and moving in the same direction. My ability to coach and motivate is demonstrated not only in the partnerships I form at all levels, but also in the high number of staff I’ve developed toward promotion in every role I’ve held. I’ve quickly moved up the ladder at Wells Fargo myself, giving me the opportunity to generate results including:➥ Leading operating changes and rolling out new initiatives, including my branch’s transition to an appointment-driven business model during the pandemic. This was an entirely new way of doing business for the bank, and we implemented it so successfully that our process served as a model for other branches. ➥ Implementing new data-driven methods, such as leading the charge on a new customer feedback system that illuminated customer perspectives on our service. I dug down into the data and led us to raise customer scores from 45 to 65. ➥ Successfully mitigating risk, as measured by highly successful risk audits with minimal exceptions. Our most recent risk audit achieved zero risk exceptions.➥ Achieving exceptional profits and growth. Our branch’s investment balances are continuously in the top 25% of the company, and we rest in the top 25% for new customer growth year over year. In 2020, we also topped the charts for credit balances, banker referrals, and teller referrals.
