I am responsible for both third line support and undertaking project work individually or as part of a team where I can lead through my experience.I am a senior member of a small team, assisting in the design and maintenance of over 100 servers (mix of both physical and private virtual machine cloud) and a network for 250+ users at our HQ, throughout the UK and internationally. My company always uses the latest technology so this keeps me very busy and I am highly experienced in many areas of IT.I have worked in Asia many times for my role and attended conferences in both Europe and USA on many occasions. I am great at problem solving and fixing issues under pressure.
