• Assist in developing staff budgets, forecasts, and performance reports• Providing month end close reports for accounts payable• Complete financial analysis and management reports• Audit and approve supplier invoices for payment• Creating and modifying work order numbers for purchase orders of direct and indirect materials• Creating and tracking tag numbers for capital fixed assets• Basic SAP and QAD experience with accounts payable and fixed assets• Participate in annual physical inventory
