Hired on to take on a newly created position of Ocean Import Supervisor. Due to a recent acquisition, my main duties were focused on transitioning a very high-profile account. This includes establishing the customer relationship, refine contracted rates, bring all billing current and all communication with the customer.

Managed all broker turnover accounts, processed import US Customs clearance, booking, tracking, quoting. Attended customer visits as well as handled RFQ, QBR.

Began my logistics career with Expeditors as a teenager, quickly worked my way from air transportation to ocean transportation and ultimately Import Transportation Supervisor. Handled high profile accounts along with monthly reporting and data analysis. Experience with reading ocean contracts as well as quoting air and ocean import shipments.
