At my time with Vitale Digital as lead developer I worked on many projects scaling from medium to large for multinational corporations in the financial industry. A good part of my time was spent managing the development team and I have gained a lot of managerial skills from doing so, I was in charge of hiring new developers and providing training to junior developers when needed.One of my many roles was to develop new development workflows to make the development team more efficient in their day to day work schedules, I made weekly KPI’s and performance reports to help evaluate the team’s efficiency. I also spearheaded new techniques in new coding technologies/compilers and more modern ways of build responsive website and email marketing layouts.Another key role was server management, we had many dedicated servers running cPanel and it was my job to maintain and keep the servers updated and the security patches updated which can be a difficult and time-consuming task.

Throughout my time at Reflect Digital, I was a junior developer that spearheaded responsive website and email marketing designs / development for the company and innervating new development workflows.I also won the companies first development award for ‘Consumer Website of the Year’ at the WireHive 100 awards.I’ve worked on many email marketing and website projects for a few premier league football teams, Tottenham hotspur being one of the major clients.
