Third Year (BA) Honours Business Management (Marketing) UoW StudentAs a young student, I am driven to transform my studies and experience in business towards a prosperous career in marketing. I believe that studying business is a chance to step into a world of opportunity and challenge. I am passionate about the understanding of consumer behaviour in the way we engage with brands and our purchasing decisions of products. Having to watch shows, including The Apprentice and Dragons Den, I was enthralled by how understanding business strategy allows people to turn ideas into real, profitable, tangible projects. I have been challenged on my independent learning skills through completing an EPQ on how video games influence behaviour, giving me an insight on how developing key skills plays a significant role in the working environment. I enjoy team-based activities and have taken part in extracurricular experiences including a programme at Fryland wood outdoor activity centre and attending exhibitions.
