As an educator, it is my role to provide all students with a range of opportunities and support by differentiating and adapting engaging lessons and activities, so all students may be successful learners. I celebrate and integrate the cultures and traditions of my students into the classroom environment, discussions, resources, lessons, and activities. I have 8 years of substitute teaching experience. I have taught all grades and all subjects in multiple divisions. Over the last year I have been given the opportunity to teach students remotely. It has been an experience that has changed me for the better as an educator. I am finding new and inventive ways to enrich my students' education from a distance and gaining a better understanding of the online formats available to us.
